Name and email on registration; professional information (GMC number optional, doctor type, specialty); portfolio evidence you upload; payment data processed by Stripe — we never store card details; usage data to improve the platform.
To provide and personalise the platform; process payments; send transactional emails; allow linked supervisors to view your portfolio; generate your GMC-ready PDF export.
Data is stored in European servers using Supabase (PostgreSQL). All connections use SSL encryption. Row-level security ensures users only access their own data. We never sell your data.
Evidence is only accessible to you and supervisors you explicitly link. You can export or delete it anytime. Please anonymise patient data before uploading per GMC guidance.
We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Vimeo (videos). Each has their own privacy policy.
Under UK GDPR: access, correct, delete, export your data; withdraw consent anytime. Email support@acepathway.uk.
